My father died of colo-rectal cancer almost 8 years ago so this is a a cause that is close to my heart. I ran the Scope it Out 5K very slowly after not running for a couple of months and realized that I needed to recommit to running regularly. If you haven't been screened talk to your doctor about it. Too many lives have been lost.
